1. Services

One Take Wonder Marketing provides marketing strategy, creative services, media buying, digital marketing, web design, and related consulting services. All services are delivered according to the scope and terms outlined in each client's individual service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary materials, brand assets, and approvals to enable service delivery. Delays in providing materials or feedback may impact project timelines.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. One Take Wonder Marketing retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each client's service agreement. Standard terms are net-15 for invoiced services. Late payments may result in paused campaigns or services.

5. Limitation of Liability

One Take Wonder Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.
